Reception at Old Thorpe House in a marquee in Norwich.  It rained a lot. Barbi's mother's ring got lost in the cake mix, but was retrieved in time to make a beautiful, professionally iced 4-tier cake. Shame the top tier fell off during the reception.  The bridal outfits were inspired by the film of Far from the Madding Crowd. Caitlin and Sean Ferris and Nicky Hawtrey-Eastwood were bridesmaids and page boy.

In his 'Father of the Bride' speech, Arthur Rampley accidentally welcomed 'Chris' into the family.

They drove away in Andy's yellow MGB convertible which the cheeky best man, Andrew Cherry had attempted to stymie with an ancient salmon stuffed up the exhaust pipe.  But Barbi's matching yellow MGB was waiting round the corner, so they made it safely to Rhodes for the honeymoon leaving behind the wedding party to celebrate without them.
